The Ritual of LXVII. And a mighty STING

There is a magickal art to moped maintenance that every Wizard must continually practice, yet there is no ultimate level of achievement. There is only the practice of the art.

---

The first operation of ritual moped repair is the preparation of the shop.
There are two forces; that of Death of a broken moped and that of Natural Life powered by ones true Will to repair.
Death begins the Operation by a knocking, or a seizure, to which Life answers.
Then Death, banishing all forces external to the operation, declares the Speech in the Silence.
(Redacted) and (redacted) sacred parts are removed to form the base of a triangle whose apex is the East. They invoke the Divine Work, and then Death slays with the knife, and embalms with the 2-stroke oil, his sister Life. Life, thus prepared, invokes, at the summons of Death, the forces necessary to the Operation. The Work takes its station in the East and the officers salute it both by speech and silence in their signs; and they pronounce the secret Word of power that riseth from the Silence and returneth thereunto noisily revving at utmost high RPM's, riding hard and steadfast.

Also PHIL came back to his proper homeland for a visit and actually did this:

He also recently acquired this 1984 Yamaha Sting MOPED in Seattle. It is a restricted 25kmh (18mph) German only moped. It is super duper rad, except for the fact it is basically a QT50. He has grandiose plans for it back in Indiana. I wish him luck. I'm sure at some point he will tell you more than I know on his blog.
